STEM Elevate is a transformative initiative designed to bridge the gender gap in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. We empower women in STEM fields through a six-month long program that combines career mentorship, leadership development, and innovation funding.
By supporting women annually across two cohorts, STEM Elevate offers a clear, structured pathway for participants to grow professionally, lead boldly, and drive change in their communities.
STEM Elevate is open to female students and early-career professionals from all STEM-related.

STEM Career Navigator
A 6-month mentorship and skill-building program offering AI-powered career roadmaps, industry mentorship, and micro-credentials in high-demand STEM fields like AI, data science, and renewable energy. Ideal for Early Career Women.

Leadership & Advocacy Academy
A 6-month academy equipping participants with leadership, public speaking, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Participants design and lead real-world gender equity projects with measurable impact. Ideal for Mid-Career Women.

STEM Impact Grants
Competitive grants supporting women-led innovations, startups, and research addressing global challenges. Grantees receive funding, mentorship, and training in pitching, scaling, and sustainability.
